目的：探讨无创呼吸机治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病并发呼吸衰竭的临床疗效.方法：选择我院于2012年3月至2013年10月收治的60例慢阻肺合并呼吸衰竭的患者60例，分为2组，其中对照组30例，为鼻导管常规吸氧＋药物治疗，治疗组30例，在对照组治疗基础上加用无创呼吸机鼻(面)罩正压通气治疗.结果：30例呼吸机治疗组患者血气分析的各项指标及临床症状的改善，明显优于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P＜0．05).结论：慢阻肺合并呼吸衰竭采用无创呼吸机辅助通气治疗可明显改善 COPD 的临床症状和通气功能，对纠正Ⅱ型呼吸衰竭有良好的作用，疗效肯定.

Objective:To study the noninvasive ventilator treatment the curative effect of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease complicated with respiratory failure. Methods:Our hospital from March 201 2 to October 201 3 were 60 cases of copd with respiratory failure in patients with 60 cases,divided into 2 groups,the control group, 30 cases of normal nasal catheter oxygen + drug treatment,treatment group 30 cases,on the basis of control group therapy combined with noninvasive ventilator nasal mask positive pressure ventilation therapy(surface).Result:30 patients with ventilator treatment group al the indexes of blood gas analysis and the improvement of clinical symptoms,was better than control group,the difference was statistical y significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:COPD with respiratory failure by noninvasive ventilator assisted ventilation treatment can obviously improve the clinical symptoms of COPD and ventilation function,has good effect to correct respiratory failure,curative effect affirma-tion.
