目的：探讨分析现今实习护生对标准预防这一内容的认知情况,为指导大专及本科实习护生教学与培训提供有力的依据.方法：自行设计调查问卷,对2011年至2013年2月份进入临床实习的200名不同学校、实习地点实习护生进行标准预防掌握情况调查.结果：本组护生26．09％在学校期间开始接触标准预防,73．91％护生在实习期间开始接触标准预防；32．6％护生标准预防掌握情况大于85％,80．4％护生标准预防掌握情况大于75％；13．1％护生在实习过程中标准预防的实行情况大于85％,34．8％护生在实习过程中标准预防的实行情况大于75％.结论：针对不同学校不同实习地点的实习护生,有所侧重地继续加强标准预防教育及提高标准预防在实习工作过程中实行情况非常重要.

Objective:To invest student nurse’s cognition of standard precaution to provide evidence for student nurse’s education and training.Methods:200 student2011nurses from different schools were investigated with self-designed questionnaires about cognition of standard precaution and applications of preventive measures fromto February 2013.Result:The survey showed that 26.09% of student nurses learned about standard precaution knowledge in school and 73.91% were in hospital.32. t6% of student nurses controled more than 85 percent of standard precaution knoeledge and 80.4% controled more than 75 percent;13.1% of student nurses carry out morehan 85 percent of standard precaution knoeledge,and 34.8% carry out more than 75 percent.Conclusion::The student nurses of the different level school should strengthen their level of mastery and implementation of standard precaution.
