通过罗丹明6G和二亚乙基三胺反应制备了一种罗丹明衍生物(ABDO),利用荧光光谱法和紫外-可见吸收光谱法研究了稀土金属Er与ABDO构成的ABDO-Er配合物随温度变化的趋势。系统考察了ABDO-Er配合物在恒温水浴中的稳定时间,对比分析了ABDO-Er配合物、ABDO及罗丹明6G的荧光强度随温度变化的趋势。结果表明, ABDO-Er配合物对温度具有线性响应,可用于监测环境温度的变化。
通過囉丹明6G和二亞乙基三胺反應製備瞭一種囉丹明衍生物(ABDO),利用熒光光譜法和紫外-可見吸收光譜法研究瞭稀土金屬Er與ABDO構成的ABDO-Er配閤物隨溫度變化的趨勢。繫統攷察瞭ABDO-Er配閤物在恆溫水浴中的穩定時間,對比分析瞭ABDO-Er配閤物、ABDO及囉丹明6G的熒光彊度隨溫度變化的趨勢。結果錶明, ABDO-Er配閤物對溫度具有線性響應,可用于鑑測環境溫度的變化。

A rhodamine derivative(ABDO) based on rhodamine 6G and diethylene triamine was synthesized and used as a fluorescent probe to detect temperature. The fluorescence spectra and ultraviolet-visible absor-bant spectra were used to study the variation trend of ABDO-Er complex with the temperature. The stabiliza-tion time of ABDO-Er complex in constant temperature bath and fluorescence intensity of ABDO-Er complex, ABDO and rhodamine 6G with different temperature were studied. The results showed that ABDO-Er complex was directly proportional to temperature. Therefore, ABDO-Er complex could be used to monitor the change of environmental temperature.
