通过对樟子松1年生苗用ABT生根粉浸根移植试验,结果表明,ABT生根粉对提高苗木质量有明显效果,质量分数为200×10-6的ABT5号生根粉浸根30 min ,Ⅰ级苗率最高,为69.5%,是对照的2.31倍;质量分数为100×10-6的ABT1号生根粉浸根60 min ,Ⅰ级苗率为56.5%,是对照的1.88倍。

Experiments of one-year-old Pinus sylvestris var . mongolica seedlings soaked by ABT rooting powder were conducted .Result shows that :ABT rooting powder have significant effects on raising seedling qualities ;soa-king ABT 5 rooting powder with the mass fraction being 200 × 10-6 for 30 min ,the first class seedling rate is the highest ,being 69 .5% ,being 2 .31 times as high as the CK ;soaking ABT 1 rooting powder for 60 min with the mass fraction being 100 × 10-6 ,the first class seedling rate is 56 .5% ,being 1 .88 times as high as .
