目前分段车间生产过程面对的主要问题是生产流程受各类资源约束,无法达到节拍均衡生产。文章基于Plant Simulation软件采用流程再造技术,仿真船舶分段制造车间的生产流程,分析生产节拍的均衡性,并对此流程进行优化,进而得出最优的生产资源配置情况,消除制造瓶颈,使生产节拍最优。

One of the main currently challenges in the production process faced by shipbuilders is how to release resources constrictions to achieve the balance of the production rhythm. Based on the Plant Simulation software, this paper uses the process reengineering techniques to simulate the ship section manufacturing process, analyzes the balance of the production rhythm, and optimizes this process. Then it can obtain the optimal distribution of production resources, and eliminate the production bottlenecks in order to achieve the optimal production rhythm.
