慢性阻塞性肺疾病临床较为常见，属于“肺胀”“咳嗽”“痰饮”“喘证”范畴。其基本病理特征为本虚标实，急性期以标实为急，以痰、瘀、热较为多见，稳定期以本虚为主，肺脾肾虚损为多见。目前尚缺乏理想的治疗方法，越来越多的研究证实慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者采用中医药治疗能够收到较好的效果。本文从中医药对慢性阻塞性肺疾病的基础研究及机制研究两个方面做一总结。
