为更好地将磁流变阻尼器应用于磁流变阻尼器耦合系统的振动半主动控制,需建立较为精确的磁流变阻尼器动力学模型。已有的多项式模型对磁流变阻尼器的阻尼力-速度曲线拟合精度较高,但高次多项式拟合易出现Runge现象,导致拟合曲线的两端出现剧烈地振荡。为消除Runge现象,本文提出分段3次多项式模型并采用最小二乘法对其进行参数辨识。与试验数据相比,分段3次多项式模型能够较好地拟合磁流变阻尼器的阻尼力-速度曲线,而且消除了Runge现象。

In order to better use a magnetorheological (MR)damper in semi-active vibration control of a coupling system with MR dampers,an accurate dynamic model of a MR damper needs to be established.Existing polynomial model of a MR damper can be used to fit its damping force-velocity curve accurately,but high-order polynomial fitting will lead to a Runge phenomenon and a violent oscillation appears at both ends of the fitted curve. To eliminate Runge phenomenon,a piecewise cubic order polynomial model was proposed here and its parameters were identified with the least square method.Compared with test data,it was shown that the proposed piecewise cubic order polynomial model can be used to fit damping force-velocity curve of a MR damper accurately and eliminate Runge phenomenon.
