建立多部件耦合包装系统动力学模型,建立其动力学分析的一般逆子结构方法,得到从系统水平传函反向计算各耦合部件水平传函及部件间耦合动刚度的理论公式,采用集总参数模型数值校验了所建立理论的正确性。研究结论为复杂系统动力学特性分析提供了一种新的技术方法。

A generalized inverse subsructuring method was develped for a multi-component coupled packaging system,the back-caculating formulas for a four-component coupled packaging system were obtained as an example.Then, the mothod was verified with a lumped parameter model,the FRFs of the components and the coupled stiffness were predicted with the system-level FRFs using the developed method and the results were compared with those using the lumped parameter method,both of them agreed well.The results indicated that the proposed method is effective to model a multi-component coupled packaging system.
