能源危机和环境污染是汽车发展过程中遇到的两个重要课题。如何有效地减少发动机的有害排放物,降低燃油消耗量,对内燃机行业以后的发展非常重要意义。以S1105单缸柴油机作为研究对象,研究设计了CNG/柴油双燃料发动机混烧系统。首先讨论双燃料混烧系统的控制方法和燃料的控制原理,然后根据实际情况设计双燃料系统,最后发现存在的问题并提出解决措施。实验表明,该方案不但能满足设计要求,还能节约成本和开发时间。

Energy crisis and environmental pollution are two important issues existing in the automobile development. How to effectively reduce harmful emissions of the engine and fuel consumption has important significance for sustainable develop-ment of the internal combustion engine industry. A co-combustion system for compressed natural gas(CNG)/diesel dual-fuel en-gine was designed based on the single cylinder diesel engine S1105. The control method of dual-fuel co-combustion system and control principle of fuel are discussed in this paper. The existing problems and the corresponding solutions are presented in the end of the paper. The experiments show that the scheme proposed in this paper can not only meet the design requirements,but also save the cost and development time.
