目的：探讨产后中药足浴及足部按摩对促进产褥期康复的效果。方法对2013年1月-8月我院2000例（顺产1300例，剖宫产700例）产妇在产褥期行中药足浴配合足部按摩护理。结果2000例产妇经精心护理子宫复旧好，恶露量减少，无1例产妇发生产后大出血及产后感染；肛门排气提前，泌乳量增加，睡眠好，无明显产后抑郁症发生。结论给予产妇产后中药足浴配合足部按摩效果显著，且经济、安全，值得临床推广。

목적：탐토산후중약족욕급족부안마대촉진산욕기강복적효과。방법대2013년1월-8월아원2000례（순산1300례，부궁산700례）산부재산욕기행중약족욕배합족부안마호리。결과2000례산부경정심호리자궁복구호，악로량감소，무1례산부발생산후대출혈급산후감염；항문배기제전，비유량증가，수면호，무명현산후억욱증발생。결론급여산부산후중약족욕배합족부안마효과현저，차경제、안전，치득림상추엄。
Objective To investigate natal medicine foot bath and foot massage to promote postpartum rehabilitation clinical efficacy. Methods January 2013-August 2013,our hospital 2000 cases (eutocia 1300 cases, 700 cases of cesarean section) maternal medicine foot bath with foot massage and meticulous care humanities. Results 2000 cases of maternal uterine involution good,lochia reduced to zero postpartum hemorrhage,postpartum infection rate is zero,flatus early lactation increased,sleep well,no incidence of postpartum depression. Conclusion Maternal postpartum herbal foot bath and foot massage effective and safe,meticulous care for the treatment of active humanities provide security.
