依据《综合医院康复医学科基本标准》要求，三级综合医院不仅要设立康复医学科，而且要建立康复医学科病房。康复医学科病房不能简单等同于专业康复机构和社区病房。借鉴美国经验，康复医学科病房可以主攻长期急性医疗业务，这也符合我国医疗体制改革的总体目标。目前康复医学科病房要开展长期医疗服务，不仅需要政策的支持，而且还要注重康复医学科自身内涵和服务能力的建设。另外为了避免成为医患矛盾的集中点，尤其应当加强安全保卫措施和患者的心理干预。

According to the requirement of Rehabilitation Medicine Department Standard in General Hospital, general hospital needs to set up rehabilitation department and rehabilitation wards. Rehabilitation wards in general hospital is not simply equal to professional rehabilitation institutes and community health center wards. Referred from USA, rehabilitation wards can main bear long term acute treatment, which matches the new healthcare reform. it requires not only for policy support and discipline construction, but also for security and patient’s mental intervention when rehabilitation wards develop long term treatment.
