为了弄清垄沟筑垱机筑垱阻力的变化规律,对现有6种翻转铲在入土深为12、14、16 cm 条件下进行试验研究。通过分析不同铲板筑垱阻力的差异及筑垱阻力与入土深度、铲板尺寸的相关性得出:入土深度对筑垱阻力的影响较大,深14、16cm与深12cm 相比,搂土阻力平均值分别增加约1.4和2.1倍,翻转阻力平均值递增约2.3倍;在入土深为14、16cm时,不同翻转铲的筑垱阻力有显著差异(α<0.05);铲板顶边宽 B与铲板高 H是筑垱阻力的主要影响因素,B较小、H较大的铲板,筑垱阻力较小。

In order to understand the varying regularities of furrow diking resistance , six kinds of existing blade tillage were tested and researched in the depth of 12, 14 and 16 cm.By analyzing the difference of furrow diking resis-tanceamong different kinds of blade tillage and the correlation of embedded depth and blade dimension ,the authors come to the conclusion that :embedded depth has great influence on furrow diking resistance , as compared with the embedded depth 12 cm spading resistance average value add to about 1.4 to 2.1 times and turning resistance add to about 2.3 times in embedded depth 14 and 16 cm; there were significant differences among different kinds of blade tillage in em-bedded depth of 14 and 16 cm, in this case, the top edge width B and height H of blade tillage is the main factor for fur-row diking resistance , the B is smaller and the H is higher , furrow diking resistance is smaller .
