为便于对花生收获机械作业过程中所受的土壤阻力进行测试与研究,研制了由机械部分、传感器和信息采集与处理3部分组成的花生收获机械土壤阻力测试装置。测试装置由拖拉机牵引可快速连续测试土壤阻力,并能实时显示、即时存储。系统标定和实验室试验表明:系统运行稳定,平均测试精度达93.07%;在田间进行两因素三水平验证试验,测试装置运行平稳,准确地反映了所受土壤阻力情况。

In order to facilitate the test and research on soil resistance in the process of operation of peanut harvesting machinery .This paper developed a peanut harvester soil resistance test device including mechanical part , sensor and in-formation acquisition and processing. The test device is pulled by the tractor , and it can fast measuring soil resistance continuously , real time display test results and immediately memory the results .Calibrate the system and make test on the test device in laboratory , The result of test shows that the system is stable and the average accuracy is 92 .7%.Two fac-tors and three levels of tests in the field , the result of test shows that the test device is stable and accurately reflects the soil resistance .
