哈密瓜削皮机将哈密瓜两端用卡爪夹持,并随卡爪以一定速度旋转。削皮刀紧贴瓜皮表面,通过自动仿形的刀杆以一定速度上下移动,实现哈密瓜削皮。为此,介绍了采用机械方法去除哈密瓜皮的原理和方法,设计并进行了削皮的试验。通过分析试验数据找出影响该机性能的显著因素和水平,获得了最优参数:仿形力大小为80~100N,丝杆与卡爪的最佳转速比为2,削皮刀的入切角为20°。

The Hami melon peeler will clamp on both ends of the Hami melon with claws , and move with claws at a cer-tain rotating speed .The paring knife close to the surface of the skin , Through the automatic profiling rod to move up and down at a certain speed to peel the skin of Hami melon .This paper introduces the principle and the method of removal of Hami melon skin by mechanical method , design and conduct the peeling test .By analyzing the test data to find the sig-nificant factors that affecting the machine performance and level , and to obtain the optimum parameters:the range of pro-filing force size is 80~100N, the best speed ratio of the jaw and the screw is 2,the best cutting angle of the paring knife is 20°.
