研究某小型稻谷脱粒机动力系统的智能控制方法,开发设计了智能控制系统的硬件和软件。系统采用开环和闭环控制相结合的方法,使脱粒机能快速地稳定在所需转速上。应用本系统后,发动机的油耗得到降低、功率得到提高,同时稻谷脱粒机的工作效率也得到提高。
研究某小型稻穀脫粒機動力繫統的智能控製方法,開髮設計瞭智能控製繫統的硬件和軟件。繫統採用開環和閉環控製相結閤的方法,使脫粒機能快速地穩定在所需轉速上。應用本繫統後,髮動機的油耗得到降低、功率得到提高,同時稻穀脫粒機的工作效率也得到提高。

A study of intelligence control system of some small rice sheller is given .Author developed the hardware and software of the intelligence control system .The rice sheller can work stably at a wanted speed soon by the intelligence control system which combines open loop control and closed loop control .After the application of this system , the oil con-sumption of engine can be reduced , and the power of engine can be enhanced .Meantime the rice sheller works more effi-ciently .
