对核桃的物理性能进行测定,得出其基本尺寸;通过 UG 建立核桃的三维模型,运用 Workbench 对核桃的3种力加载方式进行应力和应变分析,并且与试验结果进行对照,得出最佳的破壳方式。结果表明:破壳力沿X轴方向加载效果最好,峰值最大24.45kg,裂纹会沿着力的加载点扩散。通过实验数据也可以看出,沿核桃 X轴方向加载力,得到的破壳率和整仁率最高。这为核桃破壳机械的结构设计和研究提供了参考。

대핵도적물이성능진행측정,득출기기본척촌;통과 UG 건립핵도적삼유모형,운용 Workbench 대핵도적3충력가재방식진행응력화응변분석,병차여시험결과진행대조,득출최가적파각방식。결과표명:파각력연X축방향가재효과최호,봉치최대24.45kg,렬문회연착력적가재점확산。통과실험수거야가이간출,연핵도 X축방향가재력,득도적파각솔화정인솔최고。저위핵도파각궤계적결구설계화연구제공료삼고。
Physical properties of walnut were determined to obtain the basic size , establishing a three-dimensional model of walnut by UG , using the Workbench analysis the stress and strain of three force loading for Walnut , and compared with the test results to obtain the best way to break the shell .The results show that:the shell breaking force loading along the X axis direction has the best effect , the peak crushing force is 24.45kg,the crack will diffuse along to the loading point .Through the experimental data can be seen along the X axis direction loading capacity of walnut ,the shell breaking rate and whole rate is also the highest , the study provides a reference for structural design or the shell breaking machinery for walnut .
