计算了目前最为先进的煤制合成氨工厂的能耗指标,结果表明:吨氨综合能耗(标煤)约为1.5 t/t,与“十二五”的国家节能目标(1.350 t/t)仍有较大差距。提出了采用低水汽CO变换催化剂、热能耦合、回收低温热能、开发高活性低压氨合成催化剂等煤制合成氨的节能途径。
計算瞭目前最為先進的煤製閤成氨工廠的能耗指標,結果錶明:噸氨綜閤能耗(標煤)約為1.5 t/t,與“十二五”的國傢節能目標(1.350 t/t)仍有較大差距。提齣瞭採用低水汽CO變換催化劑、熱能耦閤、迴收低溫熱能、開髮高活性低壓氨閤成催化劑等煤製閤成氨的節能途徑。

Having calculated the energy consume index for the most advanced plant of synthetic ammonia made by coal , result indicates that com-prehensive energy consume per ton of ammonia is about 1.5 t/t (standard coal) , it has still more distance comparatively with the national energy con-servation index of(1.350 t/t) “12 Five-Year Plan”.Author has proposed the energy conversation pathes for coal-made synthetic ammonia using low water steam CO shift catalyst, heat energy coupling,recovery of low temperature heat energy, development of low pressure ammonia synthesis catalyst with high activity and so on .
