化工原理是化工类及相关专业的一门主干课程;同时,化工原理也是一门实践性、工程性很强的应用课程,理论与实践并重。本文从目前化工原理课程教学所存在的问题入手,以蒸馏章节为例,提出理论教学中渗透实践问题、实践教学融入理论知识,用理论、实验、课程设计、化工仿真以及生产实习手段达到教学效果。

The Principles of Chemical Engineering is the core course for students studying in chemicals; Also, it is an application course with the focuses of practicality and engineering questions, both theory and practice are equally important. Taking the distillation section as an example , in view of the existing problems in teaching The Principles of Chemical Engineering, the theory of teaching infiltrates into practical issues and theoretical knowledge existing in practice teaching is put forward. Using the method of theory、experiment、course design、chemical process simulation and production practice as much as possible to teaching effectiveness.
