The paper described the basic principles of local differential system, then given and implemented carrier smoothed code pseudo in local differential system. From the method by experimental analysis, the positioning error variance of no carrier smoothing algorithm is 0.52m, while the positioning error variance of carrier smoothing algorithm is only 0.13m, the positioning accuracy is improved by 75%.
