目的：分析研究剖宫产手术对产妇泌乳的影响，总结改良护理干预对剖宫产产妇泌乳的作用。方法选择2012年6月至2013年6月我院剖宫产产妇280例为临床研究对象，根据分娩方式不同分为两组。对照组为经阴道分娩，实验组为剖宫产分娩，观察比较两组产妇产后泌乳的效果。结果相较于实验组，对照组产妇的泌乳时间快，48 h内泌乳量多，P＜0.05，差异有统计学意义。结论剖宫产术一定程度上使得产妇泌乳时间退后，且泌乳量减少，采取相应临床护理干预能一定程度上提高产妇的母乳喂养成功率，促进产妇泌乳，有积极临床意义。
목적：분석연구부궁산수술대산부비유적영향，총결개량호리간예대부궁산산부비유적작용。방법선택2012년6월지2013년6월아원부궁산산부280례위림상연구대상，근거분면방식불동분위량조。대조조위경음도분면，실험조위부궁산분면，관찰비교량조산부산후비유적효과。결과상교우실험조，대조조산부적비유시간쾌，48 h내비유량다，P＜0.05，차이유통계학의의。결론부궁산술일정정도상사득산부비유시간퇴후，차비유량감소，채취상응림상호리간예능일정정도상제고산부적모유위양성공솔，촉진산부비유，유적겁림상의의。
Objective To study the influence of cesarean operation on lactation, summarize the improvement of nursing intervention on lactation cesarean section effect. Methods From June 2012 to June 2013 in my courtyard cesarean section of 280 cases for clinical research object, according to the different modes of delivery were divided into two groups. The control group for vaginal delivery, the experimental group for cesarean delivery was compared between the two groups, to observe the effect of postpartum lactation. Results Compared to the experimental group, control group, maternal lactation time soon, 48 h lactation amount, P<0.05, the difference has statistical significance. Conclusion Cesarean section to some extent makes lactation time back, and reduce the amount of lactation, take corresponding nursing intervention can improve maternal breastfeeding success rate, promote lactation, which has positive clinical significance.
