目的：研究右美托咪定与曲马多在治疗椎管内麻醉后寒战的临床疗效比较。方法将90例2012年1月至2013年1月期间在我院行腹式妇科手术中出现椎管内麻醉后寒战的患者，随机分为D、T、C三组，每组30例，分别采取不同的措施，D组患者注射右美托咪定，T组患者注射曲马多和C组患者注射生理盐水。观察患者在用药后的寒战改善程度以及恶心，呕吐，强化镇静方面的比较。结果 D、T组寒战级别较C组降低(P<0.05)，T组恶心呕吐发生率高于D、C两组(P<0.05)，D组的镇静评分高于T、C组。结论右美托咪定与曲马多对于椎管内麻醉后寒战的治疗均有一定的作用，但是相对来说右美托咪定的效果更好，且用药后的不良反应更少，值得在临床上推广使用。
목적：연구우미탁미정여곡마다재치료추관내마취후한전적림상료효비교。방법장90례2012년1월지2013년1월기간재아원행복식부과수술중출현추관내마취후한전적환자，수궤분위D、T、C삼조，매조30례，분별채취불동적조시，D조환자주사우미탁미정，T조환자주사곡마다화C조환자주사생리염수。관찰환자재용약후적한전개선정도이급악심，구토，강화진정방면적비교。결과 D、T조한전급별교C조강저(P<0.05)，T조악심구토발생솔고우D、C량조(P<0.05)，D조적진정평분고우T、C조。결론우미탁미정여곡마다대우추관내마취후한전적치료균유일정적작용，단시상대래설우미탁미정적효과경호，차용약후적불량반응경소，치득재림상상추엄사용。
Objective Studies with dexmedetomidine given tramadol in the treatment of shivering after spinal anesthesia clinical comparison. Method The 90 cases in January 2012 to January 2013 in our hospital during abdominal gynecological surgery appears shivering after spinal anesthesia in patients, were divided into D, T, C, 30 people per group,different measures were taken, D group of patients given dexmedetomidine injection, T group were injected tramadol and saline group C patients. Observed in patients after administration of the degree of improvement as well as chills, nausea, vomiting, sedation strengthens the comparison. Result D, T group chills lower level than in group C (P<0.05), high incidence of nausea and vomiting in group T in D, C groups (P<0.05), group D sedation score higher than T, C group. Conclusion Dexmedetomidine given with tramadol shivering after spinal anesthesia for treatment have a role, but relatively speaking, dexmedetomidine given better, and fewer adverse reactions after treatment, it is used in clinical practice.
