目的分析国内外文献资料对药物致男性生殖系统毒性和性功能障碍不良反应的报道,以阐述药物对男性生殖系统的损害规律,从而指导男性科学、合理用药,避免药物对生殖系统造成损害.方法对2001年1月至2012年12月国内外文献资料报道的有关药物导致男性生殖系统毒性和性功能障碍不良反应的病例进行计量统计学分析.结果心血管系统药物、抗感染类药物及抗精神失常药致男性生殖系统毒性和性功能障碍不良反应的例数所占比率分别为30.8％、17.3％、18.8％,上述不良反应大多发生在用药后1个月内.结论心血管系统药物、抗感染类药物及抗精神失常药是致男性生殖系统毒性和性功能障碍不良反应的主要药物.

Objective Domestic and foreign literatures about male reproductive svstem toxicity and sexual dysfunction caused by drugs were analyzed to describe the damage to male reproductive system,guide them to scientificly and rationally use drug,and av oid the damage to reproductive svstem caused by drugs.Methods Cases with male reproductive system toxicity and sexual dvsfunction caused by drugs and domesticly and foreignly reported from January.2001 to December,2012 were statistically analyzed.Results 30.8％ cases with male reproductive system toxicity and sexual dysfunction were caused by cardiovascular system drugs,17.3％ by anti-infection drugs,and 18.8％ by anti-mental-disorder drugs.Most the adverse reactions occurred within one month after the medication.Conclusion Male reproductive system toxicity and sexual dysfunction are mainly caused by cardiovascular system,anti-infection,and anti-mental-disorder drugs.
