针对研制的牛蒡收获机振动收获系统,为进一步优化该系统的作业性能,采用有限元模态分析与试验模态分析相结合的研究方法,获得该系统的前30阶的固有频率,以及各主要工作部件的典型振型。研究结果表明:系统的1~14阶模态(3.3~77Hz)主要表现为挖掘铲和振动连杆的弯振;15~20阶模态(79.47~125.37Hz)表现为扎草刀、支撑臂和振动连杆的弯曲振动;21~30阶模态(153.29~232.55Hz)表现为整机的末端振动,上述模态属性可为系统结构振动特性的描述及整机作业性能的优化提供依据。
針對研製的牛蒡收穫機振動收穫繫統,為進一步優化該繫統的作業性能,採用有限元模態分析與試驗模態分析相結閤的研究方法,穫得該繫統的前30階的固有頻率,以及各主要工作部件的典型振型。研究結果錶明:繫統的1~14階模態(3.3~77Hz)主要錶現為挖掘鏟和振動連桿的彎振;15~20階模態(79.47~125.37Hz)錶現為扎草刀、支撐臂和振動連桿的彎麯振動;21~30階模態(153.29~232.55Hz)錶現為整機的末耑振動,上述模態屬性可為繫統結構振動特性的描述及整機作業性能的優化提供依據。

In order to improve the performance of burdock harvester, the finite element analysis and mode test were conducted, and the first 30 frequencies and corresponding mode shapes were obtained. There were a torsion deformation of shovel and a connecting rod in the first to the fourteenth (3.3-77Hz)modes. There were a torsion deformation of grass cutter, a holding rod and a connecting rod in the fifteenth to the twentieth (79.47-125.37Hz). There was a slight torsion deformation of whole structure in the twenty-first to the thirtieth (153.29-232.55Hz). These could be used to analyze the vibration characteristics of the machine and optimize the working system.
