目的：观察耳后皮下蒂皮瓣一期修复耳廓前部组织缺损的效果。方法2011年9月至2013年9月，利用耳后皮下蒂皮瓣贯穿修复耳廓前部组织缺损16例，最小面积为1.0 cm×1.5 cm，最大面积为2.2 cm×2.5 cm，术后随访观察手术效果。结果术后耳后皮瓣均存活良好，随访2～12个月，耳廓外形满意，瘢痕不明显。结论耳后皮下蒂皮瓣血供可靠，形态、色泽、质地与周围正常组织一致，供瓣区隐蔽，是修复耳廓前部组织缺损的一种较好方法。
목적：관찰이후피하체피판일기수복이곽전부조직결손적효과。방법2011년9월지2013년9월，이용이후피하체피판관천수복이곽전부조직결손16례，최소면적위1.0 cm×1.5 cm，최대면적위2.2 cm×2.5 cm，술후수방관찰수술효과。결과술후이후피판균존활량호，수방2～12개월，이곽외형만의，반흔불명현。결론이후피하체피판혈공가고，형태、색택、질지여주위정상조직일치，공판구은폐，시수복이곽전부조직결손적일충교호방법。
Objective To investigate the surgical efficacy of the postauricular subcutaneous pedicle flap in one stage reconstruction of retroauricula defect. Methods From September 2011 to September 2013, 16 cases with retroauricula defects were repaired by the postauricular subcutaneous pedicle flap in one stage reconstruction. The maximum size of defect was 2.2 cm×2.5 cm, and the minimum was 1.0 cm×1.5 cm. The surgical efficacy was observed after operation. Results All the postauricular flaps were survived postoperatively, and the auricular appearances of all the patients were satisfactory without visible scar during 2 to 12 months ’ follow up. Conclusion Postauricular subcutaneous pedicle flap, with reliable blood supply, similar contour, color, texture with surrounding tissue, and hidden donor site, is one of the best methods for the reconstruction of preauricular defects.
