以核桃壳经苯酚液化后的液化产物、硼酸、多聚甲醛为原料,通过固相法合成硼改性核桃壳生物基酚醛树脂(BWPF),用傅立叶红外光谱(FTIR)分析其结构,扫描电镜(SEM)观察其自然断面形貌,差示扫描量热法(DSC)与热重分析法(TG)分析其热性能。结果表明:硼酸与核桃壳液化产物中的酚羟基发生反应生成新的交联,随着硼酸加入量的增加,硼改性核桃壳生物基酚醛树脂韧性和固化温度得到提高;随着硼酸加入量的增加、反应温度的提高和反应时间的延长,硼改性核桃壳生物基酚醛树脂炭残余质量有所增加,耐热性能提高。
以覈桃殼經苯酚液化後的液化產物、硼痠、多聚甲醛為原料,通過固相法閤成硼改性覈桃殼生物基酚醛樹脂(BWPF),用傅立葉紅外光譜(FTIR)分析其結構,掃描電鏡(SEM)觀察其自然斷麵形貌,差示掃描量熱法(DSC)與熱重分析法(TG)分析其熱性能。結果錶明:硼痠與覈桃殼液化產物中的酚羥基髮生反應生成新的交聯,隨著硼痠加入量的增加,硼改性覈桃殼生物基酚醛樹脂韌性和固化溫度得到提高;隨著硼痠加入量的增加、反應溫度的提高和反應時間的延長,硼改性覈桃殼生物基酚醛樹脂炭殘餘質量有所增加,耐熱性能提高。
이핵도각경분분액화후적액화산물、붕산、다취갑철위원료,통과고상법합성붕개성핵도각생물기분철수지(BWPF),용부립협홍외광보(FTIR)분석기결구,소묘전경(SEM)관찰기자연단면형모,차시소묘량열법(DSC)여열중분석법(TG)분석기열성능。결과표명:붕산여핵도각액화산물중적분간기발생반응생성신적교련,수착붕산가입량적증가,붕개성핵도각생물기분철수지인성화고화온도득도제고;수착붕산가입량적증가、반응온도적제고화반응시간적연장,붕개성핵도각생물기분철수지탄잔여질량유소증가,내열성능제고。
Boron-modified walnut shell biomass-based phenol-formaldehyde resins (BWPF)were synthesized by solid-phase generation method with the liquefied products of walnut shell in phenol,plus boric acid and paraformaldehyde as raw materials.The structure and properties of BWPF were analyzed by Fourier transform infra-red spectra (FTIR),the morphology of its natural cross section was observed by scanning electron microscope (SEM),whereas its thermal properties were analyzed by differential scanning calorimeter (DSC)and thermogravi-metric analysis (TG).The results showed that a new cross-linked bond such as B-O was formed in the process when boric acid reacted with the phenolic hydroxyl groups in the liquefied products of walnut shell.With the incre-ment of boron content,the toughness and curing temperature of BWPF were both promoted.The carbon residual mass and thermal stability of the resins were all increased with the increasing of the boric acid amount,reaction temperature and reaction time duration.
