玄武岩纤维(BF)分别经氨基和乙烯基硅烷偶联剂处理后,添加到高密度聚乙烯(HDPE )基木塑复合材料中,用于增强木粉(WF)-HDPE复合材料的性能。研究中利用扫描电镜与红外光谱对玄武岩纤维表面进行表征,探究玄武岩纤维含量及界面微观形态对复合材料力学性能的影响。结果表明:经偶联剂处理的玄武岩纤维与树脂基体界面结合较好,复合材料的冲击性能明显提高,氨基偶联剂提高了拉伸强度,硅烷偶联剂则提高了弯曲强度;添加4%的改性玄武岩纤维可达到较好的增强效果。

현무암섬유(BF)분별경안기화을희기규완우련제처리후,첨가도고밀도취을희(HDPE )기목소복합재료중,용우증강목분(WF)-HDPE복합재료적성능。연구중이용소묘전경여홍외광보대현무암섬유표면진행표정,탐구현무암섬유함량급계면미관형태대복합재료역학성능적영향。결과표명:경우련제처리적현무암섬유여수지기체계면결합교호,복합재료적충격성능명현제고,안기우련제제고료랍신강도,규완우련제칙제고료만곡강도;첨가4%적개성현무암섬유가체도교호적증강효과。
Basalt fibers (BF)were surface-modified byγ-aminopropyltriethoxysilane and Vinyl-triethoxysi-lane coupling agents and then added into wood fiber reinforced high density polyethylene (HDPE )composites to improve the mechanical properties of the later.The surface of basalt fibers were characterized by SEM and FTIR, and the effects of the basalt fiber content and micrographic fracture surface on the mechanical properties of the com-posites were studied.The results showed that BF modified by coupling agents could be better combined with HDPE surface due to the increased interfacial compatibility between BF and HDPE,the impact property of the composites was improved,the tensile strength of the composites was increased with the addition of BF treated byγ-aminopro-pyltriethoxysilane coupling agent and the flexure strength was promoted with the addition of BF treated by Vinyl-triethoxysilane coupling agent,respectively.The results indicated that the above properties of the composites could be significantly increased by adding 4% of the modified basalt fibers.
