提供了一种光伏-蓄电池发电系统为大电网提供频率支撑的能量管理设计方案。采用模糊控制思想对电网频率进行实时检测分类,根据电网当前运行状况,考虑不同天气条件光伏发电的实际输出及蓄电池的充放电状态,建立不同的工作模式,通过光伏单元和蓄电池配合有效向电网提供或吸收有功功率,提供频率支撑功能,并通过系统测试验证了该方案的可行性。结果表明:该仿真方案能够实现不同工况的状态转换,具有为大电网提供频率支撑的潜力。
提供瞭一種光伏-蓄電池髮電繫統為大電網提供頻率支撐的能量管理設計方案。採用模糊控製思想對電網頻率進行實時檢測分類,根據電網噹前運行狀況,攷慮不同天氣條件光伏髮電的實際輸齣及蓄電池的充放電狀態,建立不同的工作模式,通過光伏單元和蓄電池配閤有效嚮電網提供或吸收有功功率,提供頻率支撐功能,併通過繫統測試驗證瞭該方案的可行性。結果錶明:該倣真方案能夠實現不同工況的狀態轉換,具有為大電網提供頻率支撐的潛力。

A method that PV-battery power generation system support the frequency of the grid was provided. The main design method was using fuzzy control to classify the real-time frequency of grid. Taking account of the grid current condition, the actual PV power output under different weather cases and the status of battery, specific operation mode was established. The functionality of providing or absorbing active power from grid was achieved by the cooperation between PV and battery. The feasibility of this simulation design was verified by the system testing. The results show that this design can realize the status transform between the different operation modes and the design has a great capability for supporting grid frequency.
