采用生物-化学联合脱胶法设计正交实验对香蒲叶片进行脱胶处理.对脱胶后的香蒲工艺纤维进行纤维长度、细度及强度的测定,分析并优化了脱胶工艺.结果表明:最优脱胶工艺条件为碱性果胶酶质量浓度30 g/L,水浴温度60℃,加热时间75 min,此时得到的香蒲纤维长度165 mm,细度10.9 tex,纤维强度52 cN/tex.
採用生物-化學聯閤脫膠法設計正交實驗對香蒲葉片進行脫膠處理.對脫膠後的香蒲工藝纖維進行纖維長度、細度及彊度的測定,分析併優化瞭脫膠工藝.結果錶明:最優脫膠工藝條件為堿性果膠酶質量濃度30 g/L,水浴溫度60℃,加熱時間75 min,此時得到的香蒲纖維長度165 mm,細度10.9 tex,纖維彊度52 cN/tex.

Biological and chemical degumming method is applied to cattail leaves in order to get the degummed fibers through orthogonal experiment. The fiber length, fineness and strength of the degummed cattail fiber are tested respectively. The optimum degumming process is determined by analyzing the testing results of fibers′properties. It is found that the optimum conditions is the concentration of alkaline pectic enzyme is 30 g/L , the temperature of water bath is 60℃and the heating time is 75 minutes, which result in obtainning cattail fiber with 165 nm, 10.9 tex and 52 cN/tex.
