采用砂滤+超滤(UF)、气浮+UF和椰壳炭砂滤+UF 3种组合工艺处理微污染水,研究3种工艺对污染水的浊度、藻类、UV254和细菌总数等污染物的去除效果,以及不同组合工艺中膜污染的变化趋势.结果表明:3种组合工艺的产水浊度均能控制在0.1 NTU左右,细菌总数为0 CFU/L;椰壳炭砂滤+UF对UV254、氨氮和藻类等的去除效果显著优于砂滤+UF和气浮+UF,减轻了水中的嗅和味;椰壳炭+UF与气浮+UF、砂滤+UF相比,跨膜压差(TMP)变化趋势平缓,运行稳定,更适合用于饮用水深度处理.

Three kinds of combination processes about sand filter+ultrafiltration(UF), the air flotation+UF and coconut shell charcoal filter + UF are developed to treat surface water. The removal performance of different combination techniques for turbidity, algae, UV254, bacteria and other contaminants is investigated, and the membrane fouling in combination techniques is analyzed. The results show that the turbidity can be controlled at around 0.1 NTU and the total number of bacteria is 0 CFU/L for the permeate water of three kinds of combination process. Due to the coconut shell charcoal filter+UF for the removal efficiency of UV254, ammonia nitrogen and algae is superior to the sand filter+UF and air flotation+UF, it reduces the smell and taste in the water. Compared with air flotation+UF and sand filter+UF, the coconut shell charcoal filter+UF is more advantageous to applied to depth treatment of drinking water, owing to the smooth transmembrane pressure(TMP) change trend and stable running.
