云芝胞内糖肽是由杂色云芝[Polystictus versicolor(L.)Fr.]经深层液体发酵培养,经提取获得的糖肽类物质。云芝发酵液适合微滤-超滤提取,超滤膜通量易恢复,微滤超滤工艺得到的云芝胞内糖肽总糖54.7%、单糖7.1%,对单糖的去除和对多糖的截留效果优于传统的水提-醇沉法。
雲芝胞內糖肽是由雜色雲芝[Polystictus versicolor(L.)Fr.]經深層液體髮酵培養,經提取穫得的糖肽類物質。雲芝髮酵液適閤微濾-超濾提取,超濾膜通量易恢複,微濾超濾工藝得到的雲芝胞內糖肽總糖54.7%、單糖7.1%,對單糖的去除和對多糖的截留效果優于傳統的水提-醇沉法。

Production of Coriolus versicolor Polysaccharopeptide by submerged fermentation is studied. Microfiltra-tion-ultrafiltration is fitted for Coriolus versicolor fermentation broth purify. Flux of membrane filter is easy to re-cover. Total sugar is 54.7%, sugar is 7.1%. Microfiltration-ultrafiltration precedes water extraction-ethanol precipita-tion to dispose reducing sugar and intercept polysaccharide of producing polysaccharopeptide.
