目的:探讨体外冲击波联合中草药刺激兔骨不连间隙骨痂形成的机制。方法:选用标准实验新西兰大白兔66只,无菌条件下制作兔桡骨骨不连模型,随机分为A、B、C、D四组。A组为体外冲击波联合接骨仙桃草治疗组;B组为单纯接骨仙桃草治疗组;C组为单纯体外冲击波治疗组;D组为完全对照组,于治疗前后观察和比较各组骨痂生成量,并作统计学分析。结果:冲击波及治疗前后各时间段骨不连区骨痂生成量:A组及C组各时间点与治疗前相比较有统计学意义(P<0.05);A组与对照组各时间段比较有显著性差异(P<0.01); A组与C组第2、4、6、8周比较有差异(P<0.05);B组与对照组各时间段无统计学意义(p>0.05)。结论:仙桃草可以在体外冲击波治疗骨不连后的早期就能起到促进骨折愈合的作用,为非手术治疗骨不连提供了一种良好的协同方法。

Objective:To explore the cal us formation mechanism of extracorporeal shock wave combine with Chinese herbal medicine on rabbit bone nonunion clearance.METHODS: 66 standard experiment New Zealand white rabbits were chosen, the rabbit models of radial bone nonunion were made under aseptic conditions that were randomly divided into A, B, C, D four groups. Group A was treated by extracorporeal shock wave combine with Chinese herbal medicine; Group B was treated by bone Veronica peregrina L;Group C was treated by extracorporeal shock wave; Group D was control.Observe and compare the generation bone cal us of each group before and after the treatment, and statistical analysis. RESULTS:The generation bone cal us of bone nonunion treated by extracorporeal shock wave and before and after the treatment each time point: Group A and group C each time point compared with before treatment was statistical y significant.(P<0.05);Group A each time point compared with control group was statistical y significant (P<0.01); Group A compared with group C was statistical y significant in 2, 4, 6, 8 weeks(P<0.05);Group B each time point compared with control group without statistical significance.(p>0.05).CONCLUSION: Veronica peregrina L can accelerate fracture healing after bone nonunion treated by extracorporeal shock wave in the early time that provides a good method for the on-surgical treatment of bone nonunion.
