以一种环境友好型无铅硅黄铜为对象,研究了其耐腐蚀性能,并与传统含铅黄铜HPb59-1进行比较,结果表明这种新型无铅硅黄铜的耐腐蚀性能优于传统含铅黄铜;通过结果分析和讨论,对其应用于日用消费品生产,突破国外技术壁垒,促进出口的前景进行了展望。

Corrosion resistance of a new lead-free brass with silicon was researched and compared to conditional lead brass in this paper. It was shown that corrosion resistance of the new lead-free brass with silicon was superior to that of the conditional lead brass. Through analyzing and discussing the experimental results, it is forecasted that application prospect in consumer goods of the lead-free brass which can break through the technical barrier and increase the export of our consumer goods.
