基于可靠性设计理论,提出了一种针对往复式压缩机活塞杆的疲劳强度可靠性设计方法。首先,依据热力学与动力学原理,分析了一个循环周期内压缩机传动机构的受力情况;而后,采用传统强度校核方法对活塞杆进行疲劳强度分析,找出造成其疲劳失效的“薄弱环节”;然后,根据“薄弱环节”几何尺寸、加工工艺和材料强度等参数的随机性,利用应力-强度干涉模型建立活塞杆的极限状态方程,计算其疲劳强度可靠度。最后,综合考虑各参数对可靠度的影响及控制的难易程度,确定设计参数(尺寸、工艺、材料等信息),为活塞杆的设计提供理论依据。
基于可靠性設計理論,提齣瞭一種針對往複式壓縮機活塞桿的疲勞彊度可靠性設計方法。首先,依據熱力學與動力學原理,分析瞭一箇循環週期內壓縮機傳動機構的受力情況;而後,採用傳統彊度校覈方法對活塞桿進行疲勞彊度分析,找齣造成其疲勞失效的“薄弱環節”;然後,根據“薄弱環節”幾何呎吋、加工工藝和材料彊度等參數的隨機性,利用應力-彊度榦涉模型建立活塞桿的極限狀態方程,計算其疲勞彊度可靠度。最後,綜閤攷慮各參數對可靠度的影響及控製的難易程度,確定設計參數(呎吋、工藝、材料等信息),為活塞桿的設計提供理論依據。
기우가고성설계이론,제출료일충침대왕복식압축궤활새간적피로강도가고성설계방법。수선,의거열역학여동역학원리,분석료일개순배주기내압축궤전동궤구적수력정황;이후,채용전통강도교핵방법대활새간진행피로강도분석,조출조성기피로실효적“박약배절”;연후,근거“박약배절”궤하척촌、가공공예화재료강도등삼수적수궤성,이용응력-강도간섭모형건립활새간적겁한상태방정,계산기피로강도가고도。최후,종합고필각삼수대가고도적영향급공제적난역정도,학정설계삼수(척촌、공예、재료등신식),위활새간적설계제공이론의거。
Based on the theory of reliability design, we propose a fatigue strength reliability design method for reciprocating compressor piston rod. Firstly, the driving mechanism forces of compressor in a cycle are analyzed based on the theory of thermodynamics and kinetics. Furthermore, the traditional strength check method was carried out on the piston rod fatigue strength analysis. We also find out the cause the fatigue failure of the weak link. According to the weak link geometric parameters such as size and strength of materials and processing technology of randomness, stress-strength interference model is used to establish the piston rod of the limit state equation and calculate the fatigue strength reliability. Finally, we provide the theoretical basis for the design of the piston rod, according to the influence of various parameters on the reliability and control, the difficulty of the design parameters, such as size, technology, material information and so on.
