以直接墨绿染料为处理对象,考察温度、pH值、无机盐质量分数、染料初始质量浓度对耐盐絮凝菌H-6脱色性能的影响。结果表明,耐盐絮凝菌H-6对直接墨绿染料的脱色作用包括菌丝球吸附脱色和絮凝剂凝聚脱色两种,并且在150 r/min转速、30℃、pH=7和75 g/L NaCl培养条件下对100 mg/L直接墨绿染料的脱色率效果最佳,脱色率在90%以上。
以直接墨綠染料為處理對象,攷察溫度、pH值、無機鹽質量分數、染料初始質量濃度對耐鹽絮凝菌H-6脫色性能的影響。結果錶明,耐鹽絮凝菌H-6對直接墨綠染料的脫色作用包括菌絲毬吸附脫色和絮凝劑凝聚脫色兩種,併且在150 r/min轉速、30℃、pH=7和75 g/L NaCl培養條件下對100 mg/L直接墨綠染料的脫色率效果最佳,脫色率在90%以上。
이직접묵록염료위처리대상,고찰온도、pH치、무궤염질량분수、염료초시질량농도대내염서응균H-6탈색성능적영향。결과표명,내염서응균H-6대직접묵록염료적탈색작용포괄균사구흡부탈색화서응제응취탈색량충,병차재150 r/min전속、30℃、pH=7화75 g/L NaCl배양조건하대100 mg/L직접묵록염료적탈색솔효과최가,탈색솔재90%이상。
C.I. direct green 6 dye as research object, the decolourization performance of H-6 strain of halotolerant flocculant bacteria was investigated at different temperature, pH values, salt concentrations, initial concentrations of dye. The results indicated that it has two kinds of decoloring process as the mycelia-adsorption decolorization and the flocculant-cohesion decolorization. The optimal conditions are as follows:rotational speed of 150 r/min, culture temperature for 30℃, and NaCl 75 of g/L, and pH 7. Under these conditions, 90%decolorization rate for 100 mg/L C.I. direct green 6 dye were obtained.
