目的：评价异体骨垫在胸椎结核椎间融合中的应用效果。方法采用异体骨垫对胸椎单节段结核病灶清除后进行植骨融合46例，分析临床效果。结果46例均获随访，时间26～36个月。患者全部治愈，无复发。参照Lee et al评价融合标准，椎间融合率为100％。根据Kirkaldy-Willis et al的功能评价标准：优41例，良3例，中2例。4例Frankel D级患者术后6个月均恢复至E级。结论采用异体骨垫对胸椎单节段结核病灶清除后进行植骨融合，取材方便，效果可靠。
목적：평개이체골점재흉추결핵추간융합중적응용효과。방법채용이체골점대흉추단절단결핵병조청제후진행식골융합46례，분석림상효과。결과46례균획수방，시간26～36개월。환자전부치유，무복발。삼조Lee et al평개융합표준，추간융합솔위100％。근거Kirkaldy-Willis et al적공능평개표준：우41례，량3례，중2례。4례Frankel D급환자술후6개월균회복지E급。결론채용이체골점대흉추단절단결핵병조청제후진행식골융합，취재방편，효과가고。
Objective To evaluate the application effect of patients using allogeneic bone pad for fusing single seg-mental thoracic after tuberculosis cleared in clinical work.Methods The effect of 46 patients were observed,who u-sing allogeneic bone pad for fusing single segmental thoracic after tuberculosis cleared.Results The 46 patients were all cured without recurrence in follow-up for 26 to 36 months.The interbody fusion rate was 100%according to Lee et al convergence criteria.According to the standard of Kirkaldy-Willis et al,there were 41 patients got excellent results,3 good,and 2 fair;there were 4 Frankel D level patients after 6 months got recovery to E-level.Conclusions It can be easily obtained and reliable for patients using allogeneic bone pad for fusing single segmental thoracic spine after tuberculosis cleared.
