选用20、40、80目3种橡胶粉,按15%、18%、21%、24%四种比例掺入70#基质沥青配制橡胶改性沥青,对改性沥青进行针入度、延度、软化点试验。结果表明:基质沥青经过不同粒径的橡胶粉改性后,沥青软化点和当量软化点升高,针入度降低,针入度指数增大,沥青温度敏感性降低,综合性能得到提高。

This paper selects 20 , 40 and 80-mesh rubber powders and mixes into No.70 matrix asphalt in 15%, 18%, 21% and 24% proportions to prepare rubber modified asphalt, and tests needle penetration, ductility and softening point of the modified asphalt. The result shows that after the matrix asphalt is modified by rubber powders in different particle sizes, the softening point of asphalt and equivalent softening point rise, the needle penetration reduces, the index of needle penetration increases, the temperature sensibility of asphalt decreases, and comprehensive performance is improved.
