目的:建立RP-HPLC 法测定麦冬中麦冬皂苷D’的含量,方法:采用DiamonsilTM C18色谱柱(200 mm ×4.6 mm ,5μm),柱温为33℃,流动相为水-乙腈(体积比52∶48),流速0.80 mL獉min-1,检测波长208nm .结果:麦冬皂苷D’的质量浓度在0.018~0.180 mg · mL -1与峰面积呈良好的线性关系(r =0.9999),平均回收率为99.5%(RSD=0.96%,n=9),结论:本方法简便,准确,可用于麦冬药材的质量控制。

Objective:To establish a RP-HPLC method for the determination of the content of ophio-pogoninD’inOphiopogonjaponicus(L.f)ker-Gawl.Methods :TheDiamonsilTMC18(200mm×4.6mm, 5μm) column was used at 33℃ .The mobile phase consisted of a mixture of water-acetonitrile (52 :48 ,v :v) at the flow rate of 0 .80mL · min-1 ,the detector wavelength was 208nm .Results :The calibration curve was linear between the ranges of 0 .018-0 .180 mg · mL -1 (r = 0 .999 9) for ophiopogonin D’ .The average recovery of ophiopogonin D’was 99 .5% (RSD=0 .96% ,n=9) .Conclusions :This method is sim-ple ,accurate .It can be used for the quality control of Ophiopogon japonicus(L .f)Ker-Gawl .
