为了防止斜井巷道跑车事故的发生,文章以设置1个挡车栏为例,设计采用S 7-200 PLC控制的柔性防跑车控制系统。该控制系统采用常闭式柔性钢丝挡车栏,M atlab训练BP网络后,在实验室模拟设计方案,采用霍尔传感器通过BP网络消除温度的干扰,再经过光电耦合器过滤,测量准确可靠的矿车运行速度,当运行速度超过预定值时发生报警,且挡车栏不动作,能挡住矿车的继续运行,阻止事故的发生。
為瞭防止斜井巷道跑車事故的髮生,文章以設置1箇擋車欄為例,設計採用S 7-200 PLC控製的柔性防跑車控製繫統。該控製繫統採用常閉式柔性鋼絲擋車欄,M atlab訓練BP網絡後,在實驗室模擬設計方案,採用霍爾傳感器通過BP網絡消除溫度的榦擾,再經過光電耦閤器過濾,測量準確可靠的礦車運行速度,噹運行速度超過預定值時髮生報警,且擋車欄不動作,能擋住礦車的繼續運行,阻止事故的髮生。

For the safe operation of inclined roadway transport of mine car ,a barrier is set up as an ex-ample and a flexible anti-slip control system with S 7-200 PLC control is designed .In this control sys-tem ,the normally closed flexible wire barrier is used .BP network training is made with Matlab ,and the design scheme is simulated in the laboratory .The interference of temperature in the Holzer sensor is eliminated by BP neural network ,and then through the photoelectric coupler filter ,the running speed of mine car can be measured accurately and reliably .When the running speed is more than a pre-determined value ,the alarm happens ,and the barrier with no action can block the car ,so that the oc-currence of accidents is prevented .
