在分析油气悬挂缸工作原理的基础上,文章利用实际气体的状态方程、流体力学的基本原理和热力学的相关理论,建立了油气悬挂缸的非线性理论模型,该模型较为全面地考虑了油液的可压缩性、黏温特性以及内部热量传递的过程;并应用Matlab/Simulink对建立的理论模型进行求解。将实验结果与仿真结果进行对比分析,结果表明,考虑热物特性的油气悬挂缸理论模型不仅比不考虑热物特性的理论模型更加符合油气悬挂缸的实际工作过程,而且还能够预测工作过程中油液和气体的温度变化趋势和温度平衡点。

On the basis of the analysis of the working principle of the hydro-pneumatic cylinder ,the non-linear theoretical model of the hydro-pneumatic cylinder is established by using the state equation of real gas ,the basic principles of fluid mechanics and the related theory of thermodynamics .T he model comprehensively con-siders the compressibility and viscosity-temperature characteristics of oil as well as the internal heat transfer process .Then the theoretical model is solved by using Matlab/Simulink .By comparing the simulation results and the experimental results ,it is show n that the model considering thermodynamic and physical properties is not only more in line with the actual working process of hydro-pneumatic cylinder than that without consider-ing the thermodynamic and physical properties ,but also able to predict the trend of temperature change and temperature balance of oil and gas in the working process .
