对2004～2012年山东苹果种植成本、收益和成本利润率的变动进行了实证分析，并对山东与其它主产区的苹果种植成本和收益做了比较。研究表明，山东苹果种植的总成本呈现出稳定增长态势，产值、净利润和成本利润率年度波动剧烈，近两年明显下降。山东苹果种植的总成本、产值和净利润均高于全国平均值及对照产区，但成本利润率不占优势。可通过合理降低投入成本、提高果品单位面积产量和质量、拓展市场和营销渠道、加大政策扶持力度等途径促进山东苹果种植业的发展。
대2004～2012년산동평과충식성본、수익화성본리윤솔적변동진행료실증분석，병대산동여기타주산구적평과충식성본화수익주료비교。연구표명，산동평과충식적총성본정현출은정증장태세，산치、정리윤화성본리윤솔년도파동극렬，근량년명현하강。산동평과충식적총성본、산치화정리윤균고우전국평균치급대조산구，단성본리윤솔불점우세。가통과합리강저투입성본、제고과품단위면적산량화질량、탁전시장화영소거도、가대정책부지력도등도경촉진산동평과충식업적발전。
The changes of the cost , income and cost profit rate of Shandong apple planting from 2004 to 2012 were empirically analyzed and contrasted with other main apple producing areas .The results showed that the cost of apple planting in Shandong steadily increased , and the production value , net profit and cost profit rate fluctuated strongly with an obvious decrease in recent two years .The total cost , production value and net profit of Shandong apple planting were all higher than those of the national average value and other main apple producing areas .But the cost profit rate was not dominant .In order to promote the sustainable development of Shandong apple planting , we should reduce the cost reasonably , improve the yield per unit area and quality , expand the marketing channel and increase government support .
