以2年生宫藤富士/SH6/平邑甜茶为试材,研究了中间砧不同埋土深度( T1-中间砧全埋;T2-中间砧埋1/2;T3-中间砧全露)对苹果幼树叶片保护酶和植株生长的影响。结果表明,植株生长与中间砧埋土深度关系密切,新梢长度、新梢粗度、株高、总鲜重、细根生物量均以T1处理最高,T3处理最低,且二者差异显著;各处理的叶片超氧化物歧化酶( SOD)、过氧化氢酶( CAT)和过氧化物酶( POD)变化规律一致,不同处理间存在差异,均以T1处理最高, T3处理最低, SOD和CAT随着季节的变化,均呈现先升高后降低的趋势,在7月初达最大值;植株全氮量、15 N吸收量和氮肥利用率均以T1处理最大, T3处理最小,表明中间砧全埋处理能增强叶片保护酶活性,提高氮肥利用率,促进植株生长,增强树势。

Using 2-year-old Gongteng ‘Fuji’ apple/SH6/Malus hupenhensis as material, the effects of different buried depths of interstock ( T1-whole interstock was buried , T2-1/2 interstock was buried , T3-whole interstock was exposed ) on leaf protective enzyme activities and plant growth of apple sapling were studied .The results showed that the interstock buried depth was closely related to plant growth .The new shoot length and diameter , plant height , total fresh weight , fine root biomass were the highest and lowest under T 1 and T3 treatment respectively , and they were significantly different .The activities of leaf superoxide dismutase ( SOD) , catalase ( CAT ) and peroxidase ( POD ) had similar change laws throughout the growing season , which were the highest and lowest under T 1 and T3 treatment respectively .The SOD and CAT activities both increased firstly and then decreased , and reached the maximum in early July .The total nitrogen content , 15 N uptake and nitrogen utilization rate were the highest and lowest under T 1 and T3 treatment respectively too . Thus, whole interstock buried treatment could enhance the leaf protective enzyme activities , increase nitrogen fertilizer utilization rate , promote plant growth and strengthen tree potential .
