以打砸日系车系列突发公共事件为研究实例，以新浪网为研究平台，将新浪微博与新浪新闻舆情信息作为研究对象，对突发公共事件舆情在微博与网络新闻平台中的传播特征进行分析和描述，并从信息发布量、信息来源和信息内容三个方面对于突发事件初期的微博和新闻舆情传播规律进行比较和总结，以期直观认识以微博和网络新闻为代表的社会化媒体和传统网络新闻媒体的舆情传播特点和规律，并为突发公共事件的预警和舆论引导提供借鉴与参考。

Taking Japanese car smashing events as research example and Sina as research platform, this paper describes the communication features of microblog and network news in the contexts of public emergency. Meanwhile, taking public opinions on Sina microblog and Si-na news as research object, the communication rules of microblog and network news are described and analyzed in the perspective of public opinions' volume, source and content. The early dissemination patterns of public opinions on microblog and network news are also com-pared and summarized. The results of the study can help us to understand the features and rules of social media and traditional network news through microblog and network news, and can also provide references for early warning and leading of internet public opinions.
