近年来海绵特殊的生物结构和生理功能日益受到海洋生物研究领域的关注，关于海绵在生物制药、海洋微生物培养、水质净化、生物仿生等方面的开发价值与应用前景更是研究热点。繁茂膜海绵和肾指海绵是我国黄海海域潮间带广泛分布的海绵生物种群，每年春、夏季在近海集中出现，种群数量增殖速度很快，具有较为广阔的研究利用前景。该文对近年来国内外关于繁茂膜海绵和肾指海绵生物特性的研究进行了比较总结，重点阐述了这2种海绵的人工培养和应用研究的最新进展。

Recently,more and more attantions have been paid on the research of biological structure and physiological function of sponge,the value of sponge applying on biopharmaceutical,marine microbial culture,water purification and biomimetic is research focus in the field of marine biology.Hymeniacidon perleve and Reniochalina sp. are widely distributed species in the intertidal zone of Yellow Sea in China,the population of this two kinds of sponge is amount in spring and summer,which has a broad prospect in application.In this paper,the recent research on biological characteristics of Hymeniacidon perleve and Reniochalina sp. were summarized,focusing on the advance of artificial cultivation and application of this two kinds of sponges.
