通过对30例参与抗肿瘤药物临床试验的胰腺癌患者的护理，主要从护理人员协助医生做好知情同意工作，签订受试者同意书，严格执行试验方案，做好受试者的饮食护理、心理护理、密切观察不良反应、正确采集标本做好护理配合方面阐述。希望同行可以从中汲取经验，在护理参与临床药物试验的肿瘤患者时提供参考依据，从而更好的使药物临床试验的顺利进行，确保试验结果的准确性和科学性，保障受试者的合法权益同时提高患者生活质量。
