目的比较干式化学法和速率法检测血清ALT的精确性和差异性。方法分别用干式化学法和速率法检测血清ALT。结果精密度测定，干式化学法测定的ALT的变异系数(CV)值为7.34%，速率法变异系数(CV)值为6.81%和6.21%，干式化学法和速率法的符合率较高，经2检验两种方法之间差异均无显著性(跃0.05)。结论干式化学法和速率法检测结果准确、快速、方便，用干式化学法实施采前初筛，有效降低献血者ALT的不合格率，减少血液的报废。

Objective To compare the dif erence of dry accuracy and detection of serum ALT chemical method and rate method. Methods Were used to detect the serum ALT dry chemical method and rate method. Results The precision of the measurement, variation coef icient of determination of dry chemical method for ALT (CV) value is 7.34%, rate coefficient of variation (CV) values of 6.81% and 6.21%, dry chemical method and rate method has a high coincidence rate, showed no significant difference between the 2 test difference between the two methods ( > 0.05). Conclusion Dry chemical method and rate method for accurate detection results, fast, convenient, preharvest screening with dry chemistry method, ef ectively reduce the donors ALT failure rate, reduce blood.
