目的探讨封闭式负压引流(VSD)在治疗治疗电击伤中的应用效果。方法采用封闭式负压引流(VSD)治疗躯干及四肢电击伤创面12例。结果电击伤创面彻底清创后，给予封闭式负压引流，术后7~10 d行封闭式负压引流后揭除敷料，创面肉芽新鲜，8例行二期植皮术后愈合；4例行皮瓣修复术。结论封闭式负压引流术后，创面组织新鲜，植皮术及皮瓣术后皮片及皮瓣存活率高，且可避免因较大皮瓣修复后供瓣区皮肤软组织的缺损，大大提高了组织存活率，疗效可靠，费用低廉。
목적탐토봉폐식부압인류(VSD)재치료치료전격상중적응용효과。방법채용봉폐식부압인류(VSD)치료구간급사지전격상창면12례。결과전격상창면철저청창후，급여봉폐식부압인류，술후7~10 d행봉폐식부압인류후게제부료，창면육아신선，8례행이기식피술후유합；4례행피판수복술。결론봉폐식부압인류술후，창면조직신선，식피술급피판술후피편급피판존활솔고，차가피면인교대피판수복후공판구피부연조직적결손，대대제고료조직존활솔，료효가고，비용저렴。
Objective To investigate the closed negative pressure drainage (VSD) in the treatment of treatment ef ect in the application of electrical injury. Methods The closed negative pressure drainage (VSD) in treatment of the trunk and limbs wound of electric injury in 12 cases. Results The wound of electric injury after thorough debridement, given the closed negative pressure drainage, after 7 ~10 days of closed negative pressure drainage after taking of the dressing, the wound granulation fresh, 8 underwent two skin healing after repair of skin flap; 4 cases.Conclusion Closed negative pressure drainage after operation, wound tissue fresh, skin grafting and skin flap graft and skin flap survival rate is high, and can avoid the defect of donor site of skin and soft tissue flap to repair the large, greatly improving the organization survival rate, reliable ef ect, low cost.
