目的:探讨人性化护理管理在健康体检人群中的应用效果。方法选取2011年10月~2013年12月在本院进行健康体检者186例,随机分为两组,对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用人性化护理管理,比较两组护理后的满意度。结果观察组的很满意度为60.22%(56/93),总满意度为90.32%(84/93);对照组的很满意度为45.16%(42/93),总满意度为74.19%(54//78);两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论加强对健康体检人群的人性化护理管理,可大大提高体检者的满意度,促进医院的发展。

Objective To explore the application effect of humanistic nursing management in healthy check-up people. Methods 186 healthy check-up people admitted to our hospital from October 2011 to December 2013 were selected and divided into two groups randomly,normal nursing was used in control group,humanistic nursing management was used in observation group.Satisfaction rate in two groups after nursing was compared. Results The great satisfaction rate and total satisfaction rate in observation group was 60.22%(56/93) and 90.32%(84/93) respectively,the great satisfaction rate and total satisfaction rate in control group was 45.16%(42/93) and 74.19%(54/93)respectively,with statistical differ-ence(P<0.05). Conclusion Strengthen the comprehensive humanistic nursing of healthy check-up people,can greatly improve their satisfaction and promote the development of the hospital.
