目的：分析和研究综合性护理在全骨盆置换术合并上肢神经损伤患者中的应用效果。方法选取收治的124例全骨盆置换术合并上肢神经损伤的患者分为甲组和乙组，分别采用常规护理及综合性护理，比较两组干预3个月后的感觉功能及神经功能恢复情况。结果两组干预后的优良率高于干预前，乙组干预后的优良率高于甲组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论综合性护理应用于全骨盆置换术合并上肢神经损伤患者，可有利于患者神经损伤功能的早日恢复，有效提高患者生命质量，效果显著。
목적：분석화연구종합성호리재전골분치환술합병상지신경손상환자중적응용효과。방법선취수치적124례전골분치환술합병상지신경손상적환자분위갑조화을조，분별채용상규호리급종합성호리，비교량조간예3개월후적감각공능급신경공능회복정황。결과량조간예후적우량솔고우간예전，을조간예후적우량솔고우갑조，차이유통계학의의(P<0.05)。결론종합성호리응용우전골분치환술합병상지신경손상환자，가유리우환자신경손상공능적조일회복，유효제고환자생명질량，효과현저。
Objective To analyze and study application effect of comprehensive nursing in patients undergone total pelvic replacement combined with nerve injury of upper limb. Methods One hundred and twenty-four cases of patients with nerve injury of upper limb undergone total pelvic replacement were selected and divided into group A and group B.The routine nursing was used in group A and comprehensive nursing was used in group B.Recovery of sensory func-tion and neural function after 3-month intervention in both groups was compared. Results After intervention in the two groups,the excellent and good rate was higher than before intervention,with statistical difference(P<0.05).After interven-tion,the excellent and good rate in group B was higher than that in group A,with statistical difference(P<0.05). Conclu-sion Comprehensive nursing applied in patients undergone total pelvic replacement combined with nerve injury of up-per limb is beneficial to early recovery of injured neural function,effectively improves patient’s quality of life and ob-tains a remarkable effect.
