目的：探讨宫腔镜配合中西医治疗不同程度宫腔粘连的临床效果。方法对2008年3月~2013年8月在本院因周期性腹痛、月经异常(月经减少或闭经)或不孕等住院行宫腔镜分离粘连，术后配合口服中药3周及雌孕激素序贯治疗3周期的108例诊断为宫腔粘连患者的病例资料进行回顾性分析。结果宫颈粘连程度与患者的治愈率呈正相关(r=0.32，P=0.01)。I度粘连与Ⅱ度粘连患者的刮宫次数、总有效率比较，差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。I、Ⅱ度粘连与≥Ⅲ度粘连患者的刮宫次数、总有效率比较，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论宫腔镜配合中西医治疗宫腔粘连是一种简便、安全、有效的方法，值得临床推广应用。
목적：탐토궁강경배합중서의치료불동정도궁강점련적림상효과。방법대2008년3월~2013년8월재본원인주기성복통、월경이상(월경감소혹폐경)혹불잉등주원행궁강경분리점련，술후배합구복중약3주급자잉격소서관치료3주기적108례진단위궁강점련환자적병례자료진행회고성분석。결과궁경점련정도여환자적치유솔정정상관(r=0.32，P=0.01)。I도점련여Ⅱ도점련환자적괄궁차수、총유효솔비교，차이무통계학의의(P>0.05)。I、Ⅱ도점련여≥Ⅲ도점련환자적괄궁차수、총유효솔비교，차이유통계학의의(P<0.05)。결론궁강경배합중서의치료궁강점련시일충간편、안전、유효적방법，치득림상추엄응용。
Objective To investigate clinical efficacy of hysteroscopy combined with traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine in the treatment for different degree of intrauterine adhesion. Methods The data of 108 cases of in-trauterine adhesion patients treated with hysteroscopy,traditional Chinese medicine,estrogen and rogesterone sequential therapy in our hospital from March 2008 to August 2013 were analyzed retrospectively. Results The cure rate of patient was positively associated with the degree of cervical adhesion (r=0.32,P=0.01).Curettage number,total effective rate in patient with Ⅰ degree of adhesion and II degree of adhesion was compared respectively,with no statistical difference (P>0.05).Curettage number,total effective rate in patient with Ⅰ, II degree of adhesion and ≥Ⅲ degree of adhesion was compared respectively,with statistical difference(P<0.05). Conclusion Hysteroscopy combined with traditional Chi-nese medicine and western medicine in the treatment of intrauterine adhesion is a simple,safe and effective method, which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
