目的:探讨医学留学生文化休克现象的成因及解决方法。方法回顾性分析黑龙江省佳木斯大学2005~2007级334名来自印度、巴基斯坦和尼泊尔的医学留学生的外科手术学成绩,应用字2检验、t检验和Logistic回归分析进行统计学处理。结果2005~2007级医学留学生外科手术学平均成绩分别为(85.00±8.92)、(85.25±5.64)、(82.10±6.74)分。从2005级到2007级,印度学生和尼泊尔学生成绩逐渐下降,巴基斯坦学生成绩平稳。年龄、课堂表现、对中国饮食的选择、性别、与中国人交往情况、业余爱好等是影响留学生学习成绩的重要因素。结论影响留学生成绩的因素较多,但勤于提问、对生活环境适应程度好、对异域文化的接受面广、自身的教育背景、个人兴趣爱好、性别等是有效解决留学生文化休克现象的途径。

Objective To investigate the causes and solutions on culture shock in international students. Methods The surgery academic performance of 334 international students from Indian,Pakistan and Nepal in grade 2005 to 2007 was retrospectively analyzed.χ2 test, t test and Logistic correlation-regression was used to analyze. Results The average scores of international students from grade 2005 to 2007 was 85.00±8.92,85.25±5.64,82.10±6.74,respectively.From grade 2005 to 2007,the scores of international students who came from Indian and Nepal decreased gradually,while the Pakistan students had the stable study scores.Age,class performance,the choice of Chinese food,gender,and the Chinese people exchanges circumstances,hobby,etc. were important factors affecting student academic achievement. Conclusion There are many factors affecting academic, while diligent in question,the degree of adaptation to the environment,wide acceptance of other cultures face,their educational background,personal interests and hobbies,gender are the pathway to effectively solve the culture shock on international students.
